Angie McCambridge

Angie McCambridge is an accomplished executive search professional with extensive experience partnering with clients across the biotechnology, biopharmaceutical, healthcare, diagnostics, medical technology, and medical device sectors. She specializes in identifying and recruiting transformative leaders and high-impact talent across executive leadership, commercial, medical, research and development, data science and analytics, and corporate functions.
Prior to joining Slone Partners, Angie served as an Executive Recruiter and Account Manager at Compass Consulting Group, where she led full-cycle search engagements for organizations ranging from emerging biotechnology companies to established pharmaceutical organizations.
Earlier in her career, Angie spent nine years with Accenture, a global leader in technology and management consulting. She led the delivery of complex, multi-platform marketing and communications programs for Accenture’s San Francisco Bay Area market. During her tenure as a consultant, she partnered with healthcare clients on large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives, supporting the planning and execution of end-to-end system integration projects designed to improve operational efficiency and organizational performance.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Angie is actively involved in philanthropic and fundraising initiatives, supporting organizations such as the Parkinson’s Foundation and Movember.
Angie holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural and Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis.
