Chrystie Chapman
Chief Operating Officer
Chrystie Chapman is a talented and respected business leader with vast experience working with small to mid-sized companies. Since first joining Slone Partners to lead the firm’s accounting function, she has steadily taken on greater leadership responsibilities over time, advancing through senior finance and operations roles and ultimately into the Chief Operating Officer position.
Prior to joining Slone Partners, Chrystie worked at an accounting firm specializing in services for start-up companies and then as an accountant for a mid-sized healthcare agency.
As Chief Operating Officer at Slone Partners, Chrystie is responsible for the company’s financial, human resources, and operational functions. In her role, she draws upon more than 25 years of experience working with small businesses in the healthcare and executive search fields.
Chrystie holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Science with a focus in accounting from the University of California, San Diego, and is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
In her free time, Chrystie enjoys being outside and spending time with her family.
