Andrey Myketey

Andrey Myketey is Business Development Lead for Fractional Talent at Slone Partners. In his role, Andrey helps companies access high-caliber, on-demand executive leadership and functional expertise tailored to their specific workloads, timeframes, and budgets. By prioritizing customer experience, Andrey is committed to delivering exceptional fractional talent that will empower our clients to scale efficiently and drive innovation while maintaining operational flexibility.

Andrey has a proven track record of managing high-value client engagements and fostering business development. Prior to joining Slone Partners, he served as Director, Strategic Services at Advarra, a provider of global research compliance services, where he managed multi-year client agreements across biopharma, med-tech, and research institutions. Before that, Andrey served in several roles, including most recently as Director, Client Services, at YourEncore, a provider of drug development and commercialization advisory services, which was purchased by Advarra in 2021. Earlier in his career, he served in life sciences talent recruitment roles at Randstad Life Sciences and Brio Resource Group.

Andrey earned his Bachelor of Science in Marketing/Management at Holy Family University in Philadelphia, PA.
