Alicia Montgomery
As Chief Operating Officer (COO), Alicia possesses more than a decade of experience in senior-level recruiting with a successful track record placing high-performing executive leaders across a wide range of functions at innovative medtech and biotech companies. Prior to being named COO, Alicia served as Slone Partners’ Chief Talent Officer. With her impressive background in operational cohesiveness and recruiting, Alicia excels in resource management, strategic planning, and supporting business growth.
As COO, Alicia leads all recruiting operations with a focus on enhancing operational efficiency and automation to support company goals and deliver superior products to clients. She also works on improving management systems, processes, and best practices within the search execution team.
Prior to joining Slone Partners, Alicia worked for more than nine years at Morgan Samuels where she served as Senior Engagement Director in her last role. In that position, Alicia led recruiting teams across various client engagements with a focus on client management and employee career development. Earlier in her career, Alicia served as College Recruiter and later as Senior Recruiter at her college alma mater where she built out student transfer admissions programs, driving market growth and strategy.
Alicia earned her B.A. in Business Administration from Azusa Pacific University.
