Kim Feitosa serves as Senior Vice President, Executive Search and Partner at Slone Partners. Kim brings to Slone Partners more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare and life sciences industries. Kim has placed executives and leaders in all functional areas when partnering with our clients. Her successful placements include all C Suite functions, board roles, and other key executive hires in all disciplines. Kim has worked closely with innovative scientific, clinical, and business leaders of prestigious organizations to bring their services and products to market for the benefit of patients.

During her tenure in the industry, Kim served as a part of the executive team and actively participated in the selection process of incoming executives. She clearly understands the value of placing the correct candidate who not only displays the technical skills and desired knowledge but also possesses alignment with the values and culture of the organization. Kim is known for her honest and direct approach in business, along with innovative problem-solving that brings sought-after results to the client.

Kim graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Colorado with an emphasis on International Business and the BRIC nations. The program took her to China for in-depth studies where she gained valuable insight in international business and culture.
