ENVISION Mentorship Program Leader: Candace Nortey
Candace Nortey, Slone Partners’ SVP & Practice Leader, Inclusive Hiring & Culture Strategy, has a keen eye for strategic planning and innovation. She oversees the company’s suite of Cultural Solutions services and programs. Beyond her strategic role, Candace spearheads the ENVISION mentorship program, which seeks to empower and connect tomorrow’s STEM leaders with professionals in the life sciences. As a pivotal member of the Slone Partners leadership team, Candace drives initiatives to build inclusive teams and nurture healthy workplace cultures.
