A dramatic turn from traditional laboratory to molecular diagnostics

How is it that we end up where we are?
For most of us, it's complicated. But for Ron Andrews, the path to molecular diagnostics was a dramatic turn and then a straight line from A to B, as he tells us in this month's Slone Partners interview.

Ron Andrews is the CEO of Clarient, a cancer diagnostics company acquired in 2010 by GE. He believes that molecular diagnostics is in its infancy and is a fantastic place for a career, and he believes that his job, if you were to work for him, is to inspire you to achieve greatness.
He also believes that widespread access to the complex diagnostic information provided by our industry can keep cancer treatment local, and thereby keep families together as a parent or a child undergoes treatment.
And he prefers "Georgia on My Mind" to "California Dreamin'."
